Hello Bay Area Friends!

Thank you for your support!  I won re-election in March in a crowded, contentious field and once again with the highest number of votes.  But I still have a lot of campaign expenses to pay and that is why I need your help.

This is a tough job and small city elected officials do not get paid much to do it.  However, the local level is where 90% of the government that touches your daily life is delivered and where most of the next generation of state and federal leaders grows up.

Come re-connect with old friends and meet some new ones!  I will tell some stories about my experience at the DNC in July, the state of the CA Democratic Party in the current national climate and dealing with the Trump Effect at the local level.  Here are the details:
